May 2003, I was working outside and kept hearing a noise, it reminded me of a finch. I would hear it off and on as I worked around the trailer I was living in. Later that day I heard the noise again and decided to investigate. I pulled the underpenning away and there she was. a tiny little ball of fur. She was trying to move around but was so week, she could barely crawl. My daughter crawled under the trailer and grabbed her. From that day forward I became her momma, the only momma she would ever know. Onyx turned out to be such an incredible family member. She had such a personality that would consume anyone in her presence. SHe gave morning hugs, Great snuggles, Huge laughs, and wonderful companionship. I love her so much.
