We lost our precious baby Riley at 7 months due to congenital polycystic kidney disease. He was constantly with us. He never spent a minute away from the 2 of us. He was daddy's little buddy and mommy's baby.

Every night we would go outside and do the "moon song." Riley was a King Charles Spaniel. He knew he was cute and that was a problem but you could not help but laught at him.
He could pick up women right and left.

His sudden death has taken a toll on my and my husband's health. We spend the days trying to get our emotions under control.

I try to tell my husband that God did not promise that we would have Riley for a long time, he just blessed our lives and trusted us with this precious baby.

I would want Riley remembered as the flirty smiling baby that he was.

Personal Notes

Death is nothing at all, I have only slipped away into the next room. I am I and you are you. Whatever we were to each other we still are. Call me by my old familiar name, speak to me in the easy way you always used. Why should I be out of your mind because I am out of your sight. All is well, nothing is lost. One brief moment and all will be as it was before. Condolences from another King Charles lover in Ireland.
