Gemma my beautiful Maltese Terrier was a very sick dog when I got her she came from a very bad breeding place. She was not expected to live but she did and I had twelve happy years with her. She became very ill about a month ago with a collapsed Trachia and a heart problem and had a lump on her chest. On the 13th January she had an appointment with the heart specialist. But on the 12th she didn't seem to good and she died of a heart attack. She was my child as I couldn't have any children of my own. She was a good little dog she just loved her walks and she liked people. She would often sit at the feet of someone tapping their legs with her little paw to get their attention. If she needed water and there wasn't any in her bowl she would get your attention by clinking the bowl with the nails on her feet it was so cute. I miss her dearly and my heart is broken. She helped me through a broken marriage along with my other dog Hamish she is dearly dearly missed.

If tears could build a stairway
and memories a lane
I'd walk right up to heaven
And bring you back again.
I miss you Gem Gem
