Chrissy got into the hearts of all those who met her.  She was an incredible pet... wrong... and incredible daughter.  Right from day one when Laurie brought her home to me on that wonderful Christmas day in 1991, I knew she was going to bring great joy and love to our lives.  I opened up the lid to that bright red box and looked inside to find my baby looking up to me with the most expressive eyes.  Each day forward she brought nothing but joy and great happiness.  She was able to pick us up when we were down.  She sensed whenever something was wrong and would immediately come over to give us a kiss to take away any pain we were feeling.  Chrissy was always the first to want to play.  She was able to tear up the front yard in her running - nearly impossible to catch!  She loved bananas and would go ape for them.  Chrissy had a healthy respect for all living things.  She loved to make friends with everyone she met.  Her heart was huge and the love that flowed from that heart was never ending.  She will be missed greatly by all her family.
