I remember the first time i saw Buddy.I was so in love with the cute little guy, he looked like a little bear.Buddy was only one day old.So cute and so small he was the runt of the litter.I finally was able to bring him home when he was about six weeks old.I got him for my mom for a birthday gift and to bring a smile on my moms face,it was only a year that my moms mom passed away and i thought it would cheer her up.I remember the first time they saw him they were in love with the little guy.At first they didnt know what to call him  Buddy or Bear.Buddy they liked alot(my dads nick name is Bud) they named him after my dad.Buddy was very loving.Buddy made us all think he should have been a person.Oh how he loved his car rides with mom.Buddy brought so much joy into our lives.He pased away Jan 8,2005 at the vets he had a tumer in his spleen.We never got to say goodbye and that hurts alot!!We will never forget you buddy and your memory will live on in the hearts of those you touched,you are missed everyday and in everything we do.We got to spend four loving years with you.I wish there could have been more.We LOVE YOU AND YOU WERE THE BEST!!!

I'm so so sorry for your loss. He looks like such a sweetie. I think your dog had what mine did, the same type of cancer. My Buddy had a tumor in the same place as well.

I lost him July 20th.(a month after we found the tumor)

Lori, I am so sorry for your loss. I know how painful it is, for I'm going through the same pain you are right now. I lost Lacy the same day you lost Buddy. I am so sorry about your Buddy. He looks so adorable in the picture, I'm sure he had a happy life with you, it sounds like he did.I know it is hard, I lost my Frankie the same day as you, and it was so fast and unexpected it feels like a dream sometimes.I know your Buddy will be in your heart forever, as my baby will live on in my heart, again, I am sorry for your loss.

Every time i go to moms house , i feel so lost without you there and miss your barking so much.I hope some day mom can ave a nother sweet dog like you. i miss you so much buddy....
