Lacey was more than just my pet.  She was my best friend, my reason for getting up every day (even when it was -35 degrees outside).  She was always there for me.  Whether it was to comfort me when I had a bad day, or to share in my joy when something wonderful happened.  She was an amazing loyal friend who was always happy to see me and loved spending time with children and others, basically anyone she could share her affections with.  She was the biggest and best part of me and I will allways be grateful for the time we had together, as seemingly short and fleeting as it was.  I will always love you and miss you terribly.
