You were the sweetest little soul God ever created. You were such a wonderful companion for 17 years, and I thank you. I couldn't have asked for a better friend. You went through many heartaches and many triumphs with me, and you were always there with a headbutt and your sweet little "motor". How gentle you were...when the other cats would torment the occasional lizard that came into the house, you would follow it along the ground with your nose as if to say "Hey, who are you?" You never learned to fear dogs either, therefore you never met a dog you didn't like. I called you "God's littlest angel" because I truly believe you were put on this Earth to teach me how to be. You showed unconditional love, and were kind to all living things.

I will never love another cat the way I love you, you were my baby, and I will miss you every day for the rest of my life. Thank you for coming into my life, I'm a better person for having known such a sweet soul. I hope I did what's best for you...I will always wonder if I could've had more time with you, but I trust that you understand. You were so strong and so sweet, even til the end. You will always be my "Baby Lace"... I will see you again someday cutie-pie.
