Peanut was a very special little Cockatiel. He was closest to my mother who loved him dearly. He sat in my mothers bedroom, on top of his cage, always waiting for her return.Peanut would watch over her at night,and even thought his cage was covered,he would hear the tiniest sound my mama made. She knew this because he would make a soft little chirp to let her know he was there. Although Peanut would sing to me, it was clear that his real love was my mother. He and my mother would spend hours together watching television and napping. He was an angel sent from heaven and we hope to see him again one day. We love you Peanut!
