I can still remember when I first layed eyes on tootise. I was almost 7 and never had a pet of my own. Our neighbors across the street brought her over because their dog was chasing her and didn't know where she belonged. My parents first said no, but broke down and said yes. Later on we learned that she was the runt of the litter and the only one that had 7 toes on each paw which she used to open doors. Oh and she did get that dog back after a year or so because I do remember her chasing him across the street! She was the bullie of the street! She loved attention and made sure that you were paying attention to her when she was on your lap. In Sept of 2001 She had a really bad gash on her head and her chin and I decided to bring her over from my parents house to my apartment and let her retire there. She had always been an outdoor cat and it a little while for her to adapt. She also got to be with her playmate my husband Robert and she would be by his side every minute of the day. She would even sleep on his legs and he would never kick her *which I could never do* She was with us for another 3 years and now she is up above watching us and enjoying her turkey sandwhich meat and tuna fish. We miss you tootsie!! We love you!!

What a great way to remember Tootsie! Tootsie was one neat cat,the way she looks at me when I wake up each morning. Her eyes...seems...hypnotic...you can't take your eyes off her! Just looking at her, you can understand what she's thinking. I remember the time I sneaked some cat food into her dish when she was 'grounded'. She looked at me and rubbed against my legs. She had a great retirement, all the pure bottled water and nummy cat food a cat could eat!

I miss you Tootsie! Who's going to wake me up tomorrow if you're not here? I will miss you sleeping with me and making faces at Chu. Your mommy and daddy really miss you too. They loved you very much. I'm so sad that you're gone, but I guess you're in a better place now. You provided all of us with a lot of love during your 18 years. For that we are grateful. Be good and keep the other animals in line like only you can. Please take care of Squeaky too if you see him.

Tootsie you had a heck of life getting into trouble whenever you could but getting away with it because you were to cute. Tootsie you're mother has gotten 2 new kittens, but don't worry because they could never replace you, you will always be the lady of the house and no other cats or pets will replace that. If it's not to much trouble could you watch over Peter and Piper and keep them safe and in line whenever they get in trouble, after all you are their big sister so it's you're duty.
