Cookie was gift to me on my 11th birthday.  As my first pet, it took a little getting used to having a cat around.  She loved every member in the family in her own special way.  As a kitten she would wiggle her butt before running and hide in the christmas tree after scattering all the ordiment all over the house.  She never missed a meal and it showed.  We used to call her the bearded lady because of the grey patch located directly under her chin.  Although, she was very quite, she made her presence known.  I loved her more than anything.  I, as well has the rest of my family will deeply miss her.  Rest in peace sweetheart.
