I met a guy in Boise and he mentioned he had a pure breed Austrailian Shepard and needed to find a home for her. I said I'd take her and went and picked her up the next day. Allie was just over a year old and she was scared to death. She had obviously been severly abused and really needed a good home, so off we went. She lived in Prairie, Idhao for a year or so and then we moved to town. Boy did she hate that, she escaped the little backyard at every opportunity. She got me a vicious dog ticket because she chased down the mailman. While I was out of country, she caused my brother terrible pain by running away all the time. She could hear my truck coming from several blocks away and many times would make it back in the yard before I knew she was touring the neighborhood but sometimes I caught her off guard. She loved to go camping, ride in the back of the pickup, and just hang out in the yard(once she started getting older anyway!). A couple a years ago I bought a Minature Austrailian Shepard named Annie. Allie did a very good job training Annie and I can't thank her enough for all she did for Annie. I can't thank her enough for all the joy and happiness she added to my life. I am going to miss her terribly but I know she is in good hands now, up in heaven chasing the cows all over the place! I love you Allie.
