Bernie came to us in need, but ended up giving us more than some peoople in our lives have. He protected, loved, and played with all he had. He pranced and rolled and ran with the grace of a gazelle. He let us know every day that he loved us, and in the end, let us know it was time to go. We let him go with much hesitation, but only for our selves, not for his good. He left us in need tho. We now have any empty spot in our souls that needs to be filled, and only time will heal it now.
