Everyone says a dog is man's best friend, though this is true, you were more than just a companion in my eyes. You entered my life at just the right moment, you became my guardian angel from the instant we were introduced and I got to hold you in my arms. Our time spent together wasn't nearly long enough, but each memory we created is forever cherished in my heart. You not only saved me emotionally, but physically, when you gave me the strength to escape our burning home. The home in which sadly took you away from me. No tears will amount to how much you are missed, nor how thankful I am for the countless smiles you put on my face. Thank you PooPoo for living out your life just the way you should have, by my side watching over me, being the best that you were. My only wish would be for you to know and understand how deeply you are missed, loved and how you touched my life, even in my darkest moments.
