The first time I set eyes on this 8lbs poodle I could not help but stare. He was UGLY!! But we only had to watch him for the weekend. He had a very big hump in his back, he had not been groomed in who knows how long, and his breath was like a dragon. and his fur is a muddy white. looks like he needs a bleaching. Little did I know at that moment I was going to love this little guy .



The owners never came back to pick him up wow! Here we are stuck with a poodle only a mother could love and he speaks only spanish. For our family we speak english. So we had a few bumps in the road trying to figure him out, and what he wanted. Like jumping in your lap putting both paws on your chest and gruntting at you. You tell me what he wants? he wanted water or food it took us a little while to figure that onr out. Then we soon learned he new a few tricks, like standing on his back legs while going in a circle for a treat. Have you ever met a dog that loves tomatoes? He did!! Also his faverote thing was to ride to Micky D's and get his own box of hot fries!! He went bananas over them.



The vet said Odie was approx 8-10yrs old when we took him to get a growth on the side of his face looked at. The vet said not to worry and sent us home with meds.  They worked alittle but the growth got bigger and bigger. It was Cancer!! So we had to put Odie Down today. One of the hardest descions I ever had to make.



We will miss him dearly and who thought I would fall in love with this uglu little Lamb named Odie.
