Bailey Vincent Lindsey was a trained Service and Therapy Dog. Beloved by all she knew. She was an extremely smart, loyal and loving companion to Linda (Alex) Vincent and Heather Lindsey. She was a friend to those who lived and worked at Victoria Manor Retirement Home and to those who attended the MS Day-a-way Program in Windsor, Ontario. She was very dedicated and loving towards Grandma Vincent and Grandma Lindsey. She was very patient with children and loved to give them "Doggy" kisses. She loved treats, and her squeeky toys like; "Baby Blue" the dog, "Pinky" the pig, "Monkey" the monkey, and her blue and green balls, she would like to play fetch with. If she wanted my attention she would bring one of her toys over to me to play with her. I was doing more of the chasing and fetching then she was and she always remembered the last place the toys were seen. Even after a few days or more, if you asked her where her toy was, she would go to the place: under a couch, or the portable dishwasher, or table/desk, etc. She would come up with new things to entertain you, especially, Grandma Lindsey. As she laid on the couch, she would push the ball down the dog steps leading up to the couch, repeatedly, as you retrieved the ball and gave it back to her. When we stored the toys in the wooden dog staircase, she would go and open the bottom step up with her nose and get the ball to play with. She was cheeky too, with those Big Brown eyes and her Bear-like paws. If she did something she knew she wasn't supposed to do, she would look up at you sadly or nuzzle her nose into her paws; looking so darn cute no one could correct her and she would get her way. She was the Queen and ruled over her domain, wherever she went. She is much loved by both those alive and those who have passed on and she will be forever missed. She shares a special place in all of our hearts. So don't be sad, she had a good life and went peacefully, and now she's back home. She is in heaven, back into the arms of her loving Mom Linda (Alex).
