Katie wasn't a dog, she was a companion. She didn't fetch or act like a dog. She took care of me, protected me, comforted me, kept me honest, and reminded me what is important in life. It's been 3 years and I still miss her. She was my pretty yella dawg. She was so beautiful with her blond fur, skirt, and 1 half blue/half brown eye. We went through so much together and she made me smile every day for 17 yrs. She made me a better person and saved my life-more than once. I hope she is OK in heaven and that God is taking good care of her.
