Ike was a dog full of life, love and energy. He was always there to welcome us home from school and always slept with us at night. It was taken from us way too soon. I just got down the routine of walking him and feeding him. I just taught him how to bark on command and give me a hug when I wanted it. Ike was a joy to have and everyone in our neighborhood knew and loved him. Most of all everyone was amazed by how much of a good dog he was. When I was outside playing and it was time to come in he could come and get me by pulling on my pants or jumping up in my face. I wonder why someone had to take him from me and my baby sister so soon. I will always love my Ike and know there will never be another dog like him. We miss you dearly Ike.
