Otis of Farrington Lake was a great dog who loved to chase squirrels, birds and anything else that moved. Family and friends knew Otis as a friendly dog who loved to play for hours on end. Otis will be greatly missed and he will live forever in our hearts and minds. Now when his name is mentioned we will all think "He was a good dog" and that is all he would have ever wanted...

Personal Notes

Otis had been part of our family for almost twelve years. He grew up with our kids, moved with us, ate with us. When the family started dispersing due to graduations, relocations etc, Otis stayed behind and kept us company. Our tie to the past, to our childrens youth. Now that hes gone we remain with great memories of our "gentle giant" and miss him dearly!

Time was of little concern when you were here. Your playfulness filled our lives and kept us young. Now that you've gone we note the years and mourn the past.....times gone by......graceful youth. You'll live long in our memories and your images are frozen in time. Rest well dear friend. You've done good work, you've made others happy. Irreplaceable Otis!

We'll miss you boy. I'll never forget the barking, the eating and the all the good times you brought to our entire family. We will always remember you as the great companion that you were. "Beloved Otis"

We all remember the day in September when you arrived. I held you on my lap as everyone came over to day hello and meet the new baby. We went through moving from one house to another. You came with us to the lake. We remember most how you loved to be around us when we all got together. The many birthdays and holidays we shared have made for us
a rosary of beautiful memories. You loved us and we loved you back. Farewell and rest
