Mittens was a spicy kitty.  Very opinionated and had to be handled just so.  Don't you dare touch her back paws or her tail!  She didn't warm up to strangers very well either.  But deep down, she was an affectionate kitty to her human family.  She would cuddle in our laps and purr.  She had a great time chasing her Chihuahua sister to make her yelp (even though she didn't hurt her a bit).  Mitty, you will be greatly missed.  We love you very much and now you are not suffering any more.  Rest in peace sweetie.
