Lord, you have embraced a good friend and loving companion.

While we mourn what we have lost, we do celebrate what we had...

and in saying goodbye, we renew our pledge to love and care

for any creature you entrust to us for its time of life.

And this is where we part old friend,
yet, you'll run on, around the bend, lost from sight, but never from mind, new pleasures and toys you'll surely find. I must go on, I'll find the strength, life measures quality not its length. I reminisce again before you leave, treasure the memories before i grieve.others will come, that much is true, but they will be them and you will be you.you will always be with me at heart or in thought, and i will remember all you have taught. you can't be replaced, you'll always be missed, the fur i once stroked and the nose i once kissed. may you journey peacefully to your final rest, and take with you this.....I loved you best. i still miss you my baby girl. i am thankful for the time we had together. i know i gave you a good life and with me you only knew love.
