Lefty was the greatest friend in the world. He was faithful to the point of being annoying at times.  His favorite thing in the world to do was to ride around in the back of his dads truck.  When his dad would go away on trips, Lefty would get so excited when he would return.  We thought it was his dad he missed, it wasn't, it was the truck. Towards the end he had trouble standing for long periods and would lean against anyone that was standing next to him. He was patient with the little ones and never held a grudge.  When he would want a treat, he would sit quietly and say "Mama".  I miss hearing that so much.  Lefty left behind his mate Pita, a little brother Roody, a big sister Amy (2 legged), 5 cat sisters, and his mommy and daddy.  We miss him every day and can't wait to see him again someday.
