I got Barney when he was just 6 weeks old.  It was love at first site.  Barney was such a happy dog and just always wanted to be around me...most of the time with his blankie or my snuggie!!  He was certainly a momma's boy..even though he loved playing nose game and snakes with his daddy....He will live on forever through many many many loving memories and the 1 litter of puppies that he had with my other female dachshund!!!

I know Barney is watching me from above and I know one day we will see each other again and have our blankie fights to see who gets the most blankie!!



I LOVE YOU BARNEY!!!

Personal Notes

Its hard for me to believe that he is actually gone..I miss him sooooo much...I half expect for his blanket to start moving and just seeing his tail wagging under it. I loved the way he used to stare at me with his big bright eyes and I could just tell he was thinking "I love you momma!!"
Barney was my child and its really hard for me not to cry when I think about him..we have spent so much time together it hurts not to have him on my lap all the time like he used to be, but with the support of my wonderful husband, loving family and even better friends Barney will never be gone...he'll always be in my heart!!
I love you Barney!!! Keep a blankie warm for me for I know one day we will be together again

Joanne, I'm so sorry to hear about Barney! I will always remember all the stories you told about him and how much he was truly loved. Sorry for your loss babe, you will get through it!
