Maisey was the sweetest, most affecionate cat I have ever seen. She was very vocal, especially when the male cats got near her. She loved to sleep on my chest while I was on the computer or watching tv. When she wanted up on the couch she would sit and raise her paw in the air and meow until I picked her up. She would follow me every where I went and loved to sleep curled up next to me. When she washed her face and ears, her ears would always be inside out when she was done. She developed injection site sarcoma from a rabies vaccination. We had the tumor removed but it came right back. She was a light in our lives and our house is empty without her.

Personal Notes

Dear Linda. Thank you for taking the time to send me a message regarding Sam. I am so sorry that you lost Maisey, she was very cute especially after her face wash. It's heart wrenching when we lose something close to us and I feel that our animals are more devoted than many human beings, their unconditional love is a blessing. Our Sam was the most gentle dog, even the cats around here were his friends. He just loved everyone and everything. He was loved by all our neighbours. I understand that many German Shepherds do have hip problems and I'm sorry that you lost your dogs to this affliction. Sam died of a heart attack, he died in my arms. I remember his big brown eyes looking at me for help and there was nothing I could do but hold him. I hope Maisey is at the Rainbow Bridge with Sam as I'm sure he will look after her. God Bless you Linda, and God Bless Maisey.
I hope time heals your broken heart. You take care.
