The meaning of Clarence's name: Victorious and Pure!

To me that was exactly how he was!

He was the best friend and companion you could wish for!

I miss our morning chats and his silent presence in each room!

He was diagnosed with FeLV. He was so brave and I knew he tried to hold on for as long as he could. I could`nt be with him on his final hours but my acing heart just needs to rest in the fact that he knew I wanted to be there and that I loved him more than anything!



I take comfort in this poem:

Do not stand at my grave and weep

I am not there I do not sleep.



I am in a thousand winds that blow

I am the softly falling snow.

I am the gentle showers of rain,

I am the fields of ripening grain.



I am in the morning hush,

I am in the graceful rush

Of beautiful birds in circling flight,
