Teddy was the most lovable, affectionate, sweet, cat to everybody, that was how he received his name in the shelter. The workers said he was everybody's "Teddy Bear". When I came to adopt him I agreed and decided he didn't need a new name, it was already perfect for him. He snuggled into my arms many times and kept me company through a lot of ups and downs on my life. He always seemed to be waiting for me to come home and greet me at the door. When he got older and harder for him to get around he just curled up closer to the door! Teddy had a buddy to grow up with and play with, he was called, Salem. These two curled up together in a small cat bed made for one but Teddy managed to squeeze in their with Salem when he was a kitty. They would sleep on the back of the chair together or curl up beside each other on the couch and even groomed each other. I know that losing Salem affected you, Teddy, as well as me because we lost our little buddy. Now my two boys are in heaven together and you can curl up again and stay close to each other. I love you Teddy and hope you didn't suffer too much at the end... it was just so hard to say good bye. I loved you with all my heart. xo
