From the first moment we saw you we loved you. And when we took you for your puppy check-up and the vet found a heart murmur, we knew we had to save you. Even though the vet advised us to take you back to the breeder. When we left you Gloucester for your operation we left with heavy hearts as there was only a 50/50 chance that you would survive. We came up to see you the day after the operation and you melted us as you sat in that cage full of wires and with a head-collar on. But you were strong and you grew into the most comical looking, loving little dog anyone could wish for. You slept with us every night up until a few weeks ago, and daddy and I used to laugh at the little noises you'd make as you drifted off to sleep. We loved you so so much Toodge, but you changed. We cannot understand or explain what made you so complex and aggressive. You stopped playing with Ruby and rarely came to bed and just started to hate life and everyone who surrounded you. We tried our hardest to keep with us like the forever baby you were meant to be, but the vet told us you were unsaveable and so making the hardest decision of our lives, we decided to end your unhappiness. Holding you yesterday as you left on your journey to the bridge, you took a piece of me and your daddy with you. Something that will never ever be replaced or mended. We will love you forever Mollz. Until we meet again, Mammy & Daddy xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
