It is hard to believe that 15 years has past since you came to live in Potter, WI. 

From a naughty little puppy to a grown old man, you have always been the best of the bunch.

You loved all and were loved by all in return.

God has made a special place for you in heaven. A place where you can run again. A place where you can rip apart mom's rugs without getting in trouble. 

I am sure Grandma Brennan greeted you at the gate. Take good care of her.

You were a jewel and the best companion a person could ask for.

We were blessed to have ever known you and will never forget.

Personal Notes

I will miss you buddy. You were a wonderful dog. I was not your biggest fan when we first got you 15 yrs ago, but it did not take long for you to win me over, like you won everyone over that met you. I'll never forget how you chewed Kathy's favorite sandals or how you laid by the fire pit on those relaxing evenings. You were such a wonderful dog. You will be missed more than you know. I am thankful that I got one last slobber before you said goodbye. I will see at the rainbow bridge someday.

We are in day three without you. Our hearts still ache. You were truly a blessing to have and life is not the same without your presence. You really were our gentle giant and I hope you knew just how much you meant to us.

Jake,we see you everywhere! You were so much a part of our lives for so many years and would do anything for us. If the eyes are the windows to the soul, you had one very loving soul and we miss you everyday. God take care of our "buddy". Gary.

I miss seeing you go on your "morning patrol" to check the yard and see who might have been in your territory overnight, go do your "job" and then proudly walk accross the driveway like you were in control. It's been a week and I say a prayer for you every night and look forward to meeting you again at the Rainbow Bridge.

It is hard to believe it has been a month since you were here with us. I still miss you so much. There is such an emptiness in the house with out you. I know that you are in a place that you are young again with no pain. I hope you still love us as much as you did when you were with us. I still wait to see you come walking in the door or come and lay down next to our bed at night.
