My Hamster Named chocolate On Christmas of 2008, I got two hamsters. I was so excited. Unfortunately, they fought. One didn’t let me pick her up. She also was the one who started the fight so we returned her. The other hamster was beaten up pretty good. She was ok though. I loved my new hamster. A little over a year later, well, she died I was really sad. My eyes teared up every few minutes. When I got home, I just put my backpack up and went out side of a while. When I came inside, I wanted to play with Chocolate [the hamster’s name]. She was in her little play hut. She didn't come out like she usually did. That’s when I knew she was dead. My family buried her outside. I felt like I didn’t miss her until she was gone. She is in a better place now.
