Dutch was the nicest dog you could ever meet. She was always so friendly. I would even say sometimes that she would let a robber in the house with a happy greeting. She was always a happy dog and she always made you feel like you were the most important person in the world. She always would whine and bark for me when she heard me wake up. She would wag her tail and chase me up the steps. I will miss her so much. She was not just my pet, but she was my best friend and my daughter. I miss you so much Dutchy<3, but I know you're in heaven. There is no doubt in my mind, because you are truly an angel.

Please leave comments if you have met Dutch, or even if you haven't met her. She was an amazing dog and whoever has met her will agree. She was a ball of energy and always smiling. She was the happiest dog ever.

“I will lend to you for a while,
a Pup,” God said,
for you to love her while she lives
and mourn for her when she's dead.
Maybe for twelve or fourteen years,
or maybe two or three
But will you, 'till I call her back,
take care of her for me.

She'll bring her charms to gladden you
and should her stay be brief,
you'll always have her memories
as solace for your grief.
I cannot promise she will stay,
since all from earth return
But there are lessons taught below
I want this pup to learn.

I've looked the whole world over
in search of teachers true,
and from the folk that crowd's life's land
I have chosen you.
Now will you give her all your love
nor think the labour vain,
nor hate me when I come to take my Pup back again.

I fancied that I heard them say
"Dear Lord Thy Will be Done,"
For all the joys this Pup will bring,
the risk of grief we'll run.

I am so sorry for your loss! It is so horribly painful!!It has been two years since we lost our Cobie and I still cry at the thought of her. Dutch looks like such a happy, sweet girl. How blessed you were to have her for awhile. And how blessed she was to have you!! God bless you and comfort your heart!

Death is nothing at all, I have only slipped away into the next room. I am I and you are you. Whatever we were to each other we still are. Call me by my old familiar name, speak to me in the easy way you always used. Why should I be out of your mind because I am out of your sight. All is well, nothing is lost. One brief moment and all will be as it was before. Condolences from Dublin Ireland on the passing of Dutch.
