Bearden was the most intelligent, loyal, protective dog I have ever been around. He was very fond of our newborn son Liam from the time he met him and was always attentive and cautious when strangers were around Liam. He was obediance and protection trained and had started basic bite training as well which is where he truly shined. His drive for protecting the family was incredible, yet Bearden had no enemies. Everywhere he went he made friends. The folks at Suwanee Animal Hospital knew him quite well and I can't recall ever having to sign in for any appointments as they knew Bearden. He was a regular at the Lowe's in Suwanee and was often greeted by many staff members there during visits with Dad. He loved going to the park or for rides around town in "Daddy's car." He didn't care where he was going, he just wanted to go along for the ride. He even made friends in a short time during his visit to the Vet Hospital on campus at the University of Georgia.
