Kaiden started life pretty rough having been abused by her previous owners before being surrendered to the Humane Society. It was at the Humane Society where I met her for the first time, not realizing that she was about to change my life forever. I was sitting on the floor of the visiting room when she was brought in. The first thing Kaiden did was put her paws on my leg to lift her high enough to give me a little lick on the face. For me at that moment, I just knew I had to keep her. For the next 5 years, she was spoiled rotten with beds, treats, and play. She was not always the most happy camper--sometimes showing her rough exterior, but I knew that she had a love for me that was unlike I'd ever had. She was like my shadow, always by my side, and never left me alone when she knew I was upset. Many nights she'd curl up next to me under the blankets and sleep like a little teddy bear. Unfortunately, Kaiden did not get the opportunity to live out a long life like most dogs and for that she leaves behind her a family in mourning over her early departure. She was given all the love in the world and we miss her so. She will never be forgotten and will always carry on in spirit. I love you so much my lil Doodle Bear!!!
