You called to me when I was first alone to come save you from the shelter and I heard you. I came running that day and brought you home. You have been in my heart ever since. You have been my best friend and my family ever since.
Words cannot describe the life i had with you nor the feelings in your absences. Your love and kisses during your final hours meant more than anything to me.
I know that you will be with me always.
You touched so many lives in your 10 years with me and non of them will ever forget the impact you had on them. You were the best friend anyone could ever have.

Personal Notes

Death is nothing at all, I have only slipped away into the next room. I am I and you are you. Whatever we were to each other we still are. Call me by my old familiar name, speak to me in the easy way you always used. Why should I be out of your mind because I am out of your sight. All is well, nothing is lost. One brief moment and all will be as it was before. Condolences from Dublin Ireland on the loss of your Zoie.

Your Zoie is extremely beautiful !!! I lived 12 years with my best friend Max a dog of the same breed and i know exactly how they behave, you were blessed to have him with you. The pain for the loss is overwhelming , but we must believe they are in a beautiful place now , with no pain, running free on a lovely green garden surrounded by flowers and lakes ,and someday we will meet them again .

Blessings to you and Zoie

To sit with a dog on a hillside on a glorious afternoon is to be back in Eden, where doing nothing was not boring - it was peace. ~Milan Kundera
