Lucky came to us when our son found him while hunting, he had been beat and shot. We nursed him back to health. He was an inside dog. We taught him how to trust again. He was extremely sweet. He had long beautiful hair, he loved to run outside and let his hair blow in the wind, he would also lay in front of fan. He loved to snow, and ate it! He was scared of storms, he would get in bed with my son or myself, I will miss this! Most of all, he truly loves us, as we do him. He taught us more than we even knew, until now. I feel so guitly for not being right there when the accident happened, but how could I have known, I couldn't havem but the guilt will never go away. We knew we loved Lucky, but until we lost him, we didn't know the depth of that love! Now, the pain is completely unbearable. I wish everyone had a "Lucky" in their life, I did and I am a batter person for that. He can never be replaced and will live forever in our heart, soul and memories. We will join him in Heaven soem day. We love you wholeheartedly, Lucky!!!
