Gizmo was a good listener, protector of "his Kids" and friend to anyone he came to know... He was a companion... Coffee and a blankie with Mommy on Sunday Mornings... or sitting contently at the feet of Daddy while Daddy played guitar (and he didn't even cringe at a wrong note)...  Neighbors and friends knew him well and he was everyones dog... watching as the kids played in the yard or going to the park... and in his younger days an occasional concert...  He was a Star in The Buckinghams Music Video "Off Their Rockers" where he and Bob starred in scenes such as O hare Airport... And Gizmo even gave the Video "Two Paws Up"  he was a great critic of media... Gizmo was a fashionable Dog as well.. always loved being groomed and primped and he and Bob even had Matching Jean jackets... Gizmo was well traveled and was at home roaming city streets or visiting cousins in the mountains of Pennsylvania. He is missed greatly.

Sorry to hear about Gizmo. He stole the show in the Buckinghams video and I know he was a loving and loyal companion to the entire Abrams family.

The wonderful companion and great friend you have had the pleasure of keeping by your side these many years, Mr. Gizmo P. Dog, was a genuine treasure in your lives. I know you will all miss him tremendously and am keeping you in my thoughts this week. the love of our four-legged family members lives on, long past their lives, and you can recall the adorable aspects of his nature immediately. He should be on the IMDB data base as he was a part of the "Off Their Rockers" video and did indeed steal the scenes from his dad in the video. May all of you who are missing him now know how lucky Gizmo was to have you as his family here. My heart goes out to you and hurts with you at this time.

So sorry that you have lost such a dear companion and cherished pet. Gizmo was a part of your family and it will be hard to be without him. My heart goes out to all of you. What an amazing long life he had, though. He surely has earned his wings!

I am sorry for the loss of your lovely dog Gizmo.I lost my dog Sam last may after 13 years and I can relate to your loss.Sam was a big black labrador with a big personality.I had to make the hardest decision ever to put him to sleep as he had cancer and I could not let him suffer.I hope Sam and Gizmo are playing together,They will live on in our hearts
