This cat was very special to me. I found him 6 years ago in simco where I used to live. He was a very thin kitten. I ran in the house and got him some food and took it over beside this Monte Carlo we had and I fed him. While he was eating he made this funny sound like 'num num num'. I went in and told my step brother who was 3 months younger then me what I had found come to find every body in the house was sneaking food out to the cat and they thought they where the only ones. Well my dad got attached and my sister finally asked if we could keep him. And that’s how my lil buddy came to live with us. We moved to the middle of the city 4 years ago. We took bandit with us. Well about1-1/2 weeks ago he started acting sick and I noticed his nose was stopped up I figured it was just a cold. In a way I was right but he also had something else. a couple days after my mom and I started to notice something was definitely wrong we took him to the vet before we did though my mom had to go to school and we would not have enough time to go back to the house and get him because she had to be back at class at a certain time so while she was in class I sit out in the car and kept an eye on him. I was in the car listening to the radio and he was lying in the passenger side seat next to me. I had the radio up a little to load and I had the bass all the way up like most 17 year olds do. The bass was so high the mirrors were vibrating. Bandit started to bob his head back and forth and I thought he was just playing around and I started laughing. My laughing stopped pretty fast when I realized he was having a seizure. I feel so stupid for having the radio up that load now. Well when momma came out we went to the vet and they did some blood work. The vet came back in and said he had the worst possible news. He had F.I.V (feline infectious virus) and Feline leukemia. We took him home and babied him for his last few days. We had force water and food down him. And he still wasn’t getting better. Last night I told god 'if you’re going to take him, take him now, dont let him suffer and this morning at 3:00 am I woke up to find momma crying I knew then he had passed. She said he went just before I woke up. Today when I get home where going to tell my sister she doesn’t know yet. as I type this write now, my dad is burying Bandit next our late family dog(co co) I cant imagine what its going to be like living without him.
