Brizzy was a wonderful Black Lab that captured my heart the moment I saw him.  He was about 6 months old when I brought him home.  He was a companion and buddy during some difficult times in my life. Brizzy was a friend beyond all measure; loyal, loving unconditionally, playful, friendly to all and a joy to be around.  Brizzy developed cancer in his eye about two years ago and he had the eye removed but you would never know it, he was still very playful and attentive. As time went buy another tumor appeared and more surgery to remove it from his chest. Brizzy developed hip problems and on the 9th of February, he just stopped walking.  On the morning of the 10th, he still could not walk and had stopped eating and going to the bathroom.  I rushed him to the vet knowing the unthinkable was about to happen.  I held him as he went to be with the Lord and sobbed like I can't remember when. I never thought I would miss him so much - he was my first and only pet and the pain of letting him go has consumed me. I will never forget the true joy he gave me and his sweet face.  Mommy loves you Brizzy baby and I miss you like crazy!
