I was so lonely when I found you

I was driving in the van 

You were limping, just skin and bones

I pulled over and you came to me

You weren't afraid

I knew then God put you in my path 

I took you home and gave you a bath

You fell asleep on the rocks as I washed your hair

It moved me to tears

I whispered in your ears, "You never have to worry again.

You have a new home, and I will love you forever."



You were with me through the bad times

Elated with me in the good times

You watched so many of my dreams come true

So many memories shared and I can't seem to come to terms with your loss

I miss you pups

Remember when you set yourself free from the backyard

and your daddy found two ladies feeding you fried chicken in the park?

We laughed so hard 

Everyone that met you loved you

You were so special 

And your death is just so hard

We miss you beautiful Angel.
