My beautiful Kona...my black lab mix, rescued from an abusive life, yet so loving to all.  She endured some rough times with me from the beginning, from heartworm treatment through vision loss which was caused by an inoperable brain tumor.  She adjusted well to her blindness, never giving up and always eager to go for a ride in the car.  She loved going to PetSmart to pick up her treats! I always knew she would tell me when she was ready and tonight she did just that. The seizure I had dreaded finally came and after it was over she talked a long time to me during that last car ride.  She's at peace now and can see the beauty of heaven.

I will miss her forever.
