Dragon's many accomplishments should be remembered. He fatally injured a mouse in the house, and brought gifts of leftover rabbit and decapitated bird to his loving family in appreciation for all we did for him. A neighbor called to let us know that Dragon was eating a rabbit in her front yard just days before the accident. Raised by a dog, Dragon was loyal, loving and playful. He liked to chase his own tail. He followed us down the block to the mailbox, but wouldn't follow us home. He was truly a free spirit. If you put your hand under a blanket, it was in danger of being pounced upon. He also liked to play with rubber bracelets, picking them up in his mouth. The light from a laser pointer was doomed to death as far as Dragon was concerned, and he wouldn't tire of chasing it anywhere. Dragon wouldn't stay inside, because he was truly a lion at heart. His life was too short, but he would not like to have lived it safely. He wanted to leave no tree unclimbed and no bird uneaten.
