When I saw you the first time, I know that we will have a good time until one of us dies. I remember you were to lady like to make a poo on the wet grass, you preffered the paving. You pulled out all the broccoli in our veggie garden and we had to replant them every morning. The puppies you gave birth to - all 24 of them in your lifetime. You were the best mother, and I learnt a lot from you. You were always happy to see me when I got home, always bringing me something in your mouth. Always came to check up on me when I'm working in the study. Bump the door open with your nose, wagging your tail, smiling, putting your head on my leg and waited for me to rub your head, and satisfied, you would turn around and walk out. Thank you for being the best dog anyone could ever ask for, you enriched my life in so many ways. I have so much to say, but not today. I will miss you my friend, but your memories will stay in my heart for ever. I'm sorry that I could not hold you in my arms when they put the needle in, and I know you will forgive me, you saw how upset I was, but I know you will understand. I was with you in spirit. I wanted to remember you as we were in life, not lying lifeless on that table. You were still so full of life. I will miss you forever my beloved four legged and trusted friend.
