Our Arthur has given our family years of love and joy. Never have we had such a devoted, loyal and beautifully natured dog. He was a part of the family.

Arthur, you will forever be in our hearts.

Personal Notes

Condolences on the passing of Arthur. Having lost both of our dogs recently, we understand how you feel and share in your grief. Its heartbreaking to lose the most lovable and important family member. Arthur looks like he must have been a big teddy bear. Our hearts go out to Arthur's family.

What a handsome boy! Please accept our sympathies on losing Arthur. It is so hard. We lost our baby, Rosie and our little Bird within 3 weeks of each other. God bless you and your family.

Death is nothing at all, I have only slipped away into the next room. I am I and you are you. Whatever we were to each other we still are. Call me by my old familiar name, speak to me in the easy way you always used. Why should I be out of your mind because I am out of your sight. All is well, nothing is lost. One brief moment and all will be as it was before. Condolences from Ireland.

Hi,I've just lost my beloved Ilka yesterday (24/08/2008). Had to put down a healthy, almost 13 year old dog, the only thing wrong was that she had was a problem in her brain, she could walk, but her legs were wobbly - almost as if she was drunk, and she could'nt focus properly. Her blood tests for organ function came back normal. Whe have a pool and could not take the the risk of her falling in and drowning, when we are not at home. My heart is broken. I feel like a coward for not being there to hold her in my arms for the last time. My daughter stayed and held her for the last time. I've held to many dying dogs and cats in the street. I just could'nt do it this time. I asked her to forgive me. I'm sorry for your loss. Will we ever get over the loss of a "person" who loved and protected us unconditionally, all they want from us is love, food and a warm place to sleep. The pain will go away, but their memories will forever stay.
