Chester was the best friend and companion anyone could hope for.  He was a big cuddly teddy bear of a cat who loved everyone and everyone loved him.  He adopted our two younger cats as his own and took care of them. We called him Uncle Chester when he was with them.  He loved to be on your lap and sleep.  Eating and sleeping were his favorite activites and we loved him so very much.  God must have needed a cat and picked the best one.  Chester will be taken care of by those who have gone before until I can get there and be with him again.

Personal Notes

Death is nothing at all, I have only slipped away into the next room. I am I and you are you. Whatever we were to each other we still are. Call me by my old familiar name, speak to me in the easy way you always used. Why should I be out of your mind because I am out of your sight. All is well, nothing is lost. One brief moment and all will be as it was before. Condolences from Ireland.
