Dearest Goldie was always there for us. If we got upset she would come running and lay beside us. She would run with the boys outside and loved to take their cap, or the frisbee or whatever they were playing with and run away with it as fast as she could and never let the boys have it back. She loved the cold, snowy days, and would lay outside and let the wind blow and the snow turn her to snowy white - her last day here she did that. Goldie was such a sweet dog and she liked everyone. She always wanted her tummy rubbed, or her ears. She would always greet us when we came home. Anything moving in her yard was a target for her to run at - and whether cat, squirrel, bird, or bunny they knew if she was outside then they best let her have her yard to play and run in. She liked in the summer to have a pool of water and would lay in it to where all you could see was her head. Goldie was with us for 14 years and we were so blessed to have her in our lives and we will miss her - apart of us have gone with her and we know that we will see her again in heaven!
