Justice was a part of our family for eight years.  She was very loving and loyal.  Justice loved to cuddle and play.  She was very protective of our family.  She has lived in Colorado, Arizona, and finally Iowa.  On Tuesday December 16, 2003 she ran away from our home in the country.  Usually when she ran away in the past she would always come back to us.  Justice was gone for three days.  On Friday December 19, 2003 we found Justice on the side of the interstate.  She was killed by a vehicle.  This was very difficult to cope with.  Especially being so close to the Holiday's.  That was Justice's favorite time of the year.  Justice will be missed dearly.  We know she is up in doggy heaven smiling down on us.  I never understood how pet owner's could get so upset about the loss of a pet.  Now I understand that it's not just a pet, but part of our family.  Even though Justice is gone she will never be forgotten.  She was definately one of a kind.  Justice We Love You and Miss You.
