I got my dog in the spring,but she was born in the month of Christmas with 4 other dogs. When I went to visit my aunt, she offered me a dog, and I had already chosen a name for the dog.If the dog was a boy, Rex.If the dog was a girl, Marigold.I went to pick the dog out, and she ran up to me, and I said she was the one.She lived at our house, for two years until we got Duke and Tex from a friend. Marigold and the other two didn't get along well for about two weeks and after that they got along fine.My dad had to give Tex to another of my aunts, and Duke and Marigold were depressed.Seeing as they were both Doxens, they had no problem killing a large snake and a possum when they snuck in the backyard.Marigold got in trouble with the law when she got out and bit two women,and a small dog (seperate occasions). We had to chain her up, but she got out and lived her life until she got her chain stuck in her neck and started to bleed.We got her out and sent her to a vet.When my family went to see National Treasure:Book of Secrets earlier today on December 24, 2007 I asked what happened to her, and my mom said she had an infection and died on wednesday.I preformed a Buddhist memorial service later and I am getting past her death.I beleve her soul is waiting for me until I die.
