Halo was the perfect Bulldog from the moment I laid eyes on her. Two years we researched and viewed puppies, as soon as I saw her face I knew there stands my Little bit of Heaven, who we shall call Halo.
She is my once in a lifetime dog! I love my other dogs deeply, but Halo has such a huge spot in my heart. My heart is truly breaking and I find it unbearable, but I know we made the right decision for her. She is no longer sick, no longer in pain. She is running and playing and she is the brightest star in the Heavens. I know she will be waiting for me when my journey here ends. We will be together again crossing over the rainbow bridge.

Golden Memories
They say memories are golden, well, maybe that is true.
I never wanted memories, I only wanted you.
A million times I cried.
If love alone could have saved you, you never would have died.
In life I loved you dearly, in death I love you still.
In my heart you hold a place no one else could fill.
If tears could build a stairway and heartache make a lane.
I'd walk the path to Heaven and bring you back again.
Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same.
But as God calls us back one by one, the chain will link again.

Personal Notes

The first time I laid eyes on you,
I knew right from the start,
That you were meant for me alone, Halo:
You put pawprints on my heart.
Forever my platinum puppy I love you, girl, and we will be together again.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your beautiful boxer Halo. I have asked our little Phoebe, who left us in June this year, to welcome her to the bridge. Although she is a King charles spaniel she had a afinity towards boxers and would always run to greet one on her walks. It is nearly six months since she left but we still miss her so much. Love from Ireland
