Fowla, known as Ellie Bear at the time I fostered her, was such a wonderful kitty. I normally don't allow foster cats to have the run of the house, but she was special and she gained that privilege. She used to follow me around like a puppy dog, talk to me all the time, sleep by my head at night, take my food if it was something she liked, knock on my door as she didn't like for me to lock her out of my room, and much more. She became the girlfriend of my cat, Paris Hilton. I found them cuddling with each other all the time. She also used to beg to come in the room when I had the two tiny sick kittens in there. They were no longer contagiously sick, so I would let her in and she would get a grip of one of them and start licking them to death. She also used to chase them. I wasn't originally planning to foster her and her brother, but the owner was desperate and threatened to take them to the pound if I didn't. I was leaving just 6 weeks later which was why I had my doubts, but I placed her brother right away and placed her into a great home too later on.

She had “the life” in her new home. She was an indoor only cat and got adopted with one of those little sick kittens that she loved so much! They had a lot of space and she was a very happy kitty. She always wanted to be right next to you. She would even sometimes slap you when you walked by so you would pet her. She was also a very curious little girl and had to get into everything. She even played with running water from the sink. She made many people laugh. For the very short time she was here, she managed to touch a lot of people’s hearts! And she died a very happy girl. She was dearly loved by everyone. When people say that old sane, "curiosity killed the cat," it's true. She will deeply be missed by her mommy, foster mommy, and many others! And even her little adoptive brother Kurby and other new kitty friends! We all miss you baby girl and you were a one of a kind kitty who can never be replaced! We all knew you were special from day one! We’ll never find another Fowla! Rest in Peace, dear Fowla!
