Clarence was what we called our "doggy soulmate". We rescued him from a shelter but he fit into our family as though he had always been there. He was gentle and had the spirit of an old soul. Clarence loved eating, sleeping, children, singing, sleeping, sunbathing, eating. He made us laugh and also let us know every day in his own way that he appreciated us and loved us. No matter how long we would be gone, Clarence would greet us at the door like we had been gone for days. He was very michevious when it came to food and would eat anything, including a plate of brownies. TBC
