Babs was taken from us rather quickly one day. She developed an infection that affected all of her organs and it spread so quickly that nothing could be done to save her. She always sought me out in the morning when she got out of her bed, cuddling up to real close to my legs in order to make sure I was there. She needed love and attention and got lots of it from Caroline and I. When caroline would be tired of petting her she would say "go see daddy" and she would jump up on my chair for my turn. She knew us as Mommy and Daddy because she tought she was human and she tought she was our child and in a way we did too. It's not the same now, she's not there to greet us at the door anymore and the house is really empty without her. She will be missed by all that knew her, there will never be another Babs. Rest in peace baby Babs.
