Lauren was my best friend, my child and my confidant. She made my days brighter when I would come to the door and I could hear her barking and howling because she knew I was home. She loved to ride between my shoulder blades whenever we would go "bye-bye". She always jumped in the chair and would scoot backwards until she found HER most comfortable position and she taught others how to scoot. She was always there to love me and listen and would miss me if I went away, especially if it was for too long...she wouldn't eat for the dogsitter!! That's my girl! I had to call her to "supper" and to come to bed!! She was the best friend I could've asked for and the greatest child I've been gifted to know and love.
